Lynette is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of Capetown. She previously worked as a Field Engineer with Baker Hughes.
Currently she is the Project Lead at Bentworth.
Lynette has a passion for developing career paths for Kenyan graduate engineers and has initiated studies into the employment and internship opportunities available to engineering students and graduates. Her work extends beyond Bentworth’s internal activities, and she has been an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Kenya Chapter for some time, regularly participating in career fares and undergraduate training and mentorship programs. We are pleased to announce that, Lynette in September 2019, took up the official role as SPE Student Chapter Liaison of Nairobi Section.
