Gilbert’s core responsibility is to operate cementing units and supervise all cementing operations on site, ensuring precision and safety in every job. His technical expertise and leadership were recently on full display during the PAET well workover project, where he executed operations seamlessly. Under his supervision, the project achieved its objectives with impressive efficiency, reinforcing well integrity and meeting client expectations. His ability to manage complex operations while maintaining a strong focus on quality makes him an invaluable member of our team.
Beyond his professional role, Gilbert is also passionate about farming. He cultivates a wide variety of crops, and this hands-on pursuit is his primary interest outside of work. Farming allows him to apply the same careful planning and resilience he demonstrates in his career to the rhythms of agricultural life.
