Equipment Focus: Frac Tank and Skid Pump

At Bentworth Energy, efficient fluid storage, handling, and transfer are essential to the successful execution of our cementing and well servicing operations. To support this, we deploy robust equipment that ensures safety, reliability, and seamless performance on site.

One of the key assets in our fleet is the frac tank, a heavy-duty steel container designed for storing and managing large volumes of fluids, such as mix water. Bentworth’s frac tanks feature two compartments of 150 barrels each, providing a total capacity of 300 barrels per tank. These trailer-mounted tanks are widely used for fluid storage and chemical mixing, particularly during cementing operations. Each unit includes provisions for agitator installation, enabling continuous mixing to maintain fluid uniformity.

Our frac tanks are engineered for durability, versatility, and operational flexibility. Whether deployed individually or in multiples for large-scale projects, they allow for efficient staging of water and additives, reducing downtime and improving operational flow. All units are routinely inspected and maintained to meet stringent safety and environmental standards, reducing the risk of leaks and ensuring reliable performance under demanding field conditions.

Complementing our frac tanks is the skid pump, which plays a critical role in fluid transfer. During cementing jobs, the skid pump transfers fluids from the frac tank to the batch mixer or cementing unit with precision and control. Designed to deliver consistent flow rates and reliable pressure management, the skid pump ensures smooth operations across a range of field environments. With intuitive controls and built-in safety features, these pumps enable quick response and adaptability on site. Like all our equipment, they are maintained to the highest standards to ensure efficiency and dependability.

At Bentworth Energy, we remain committed to operational excellence by integrating high-quality equipment, skilled personnel, and industry best practices, ensuring we meet client expectations while upholding safety, sustainability, and technical precision.
